Very nice. I wish we had gotten his sooner. We could have posted it on the main news. I am waiting for something to happen in Michigan...for......sake. I mean the cars are being built 90 minutes from me, and we have no kind of marketing events around here.
I didn't get the email until 11:13am this morning, and posted it at 11:16am. Star Ford really did not seem to handle this well. The only reason I found out about it was because I am on their spam list due to my inquiry on the ST a few months back.
The email stated 2-4pm. Upon my arrival at 2:45, most didn't know a thing about it and all the fliers in the sales area said 4-6pm. :xxx:
So, I decided to wait, since I have to miss the ST Drive this weekend. Whilst waiting my time I decided to check Star Ford on their Twitter and Facebook, no mentions of this ST Demo whatsoever. There was one other gentleman around when I was there. They seemingly did nothing to promote the ST whatsoever.
I'm glad I didn't order from them. :ST:
Man does that Red pop! Wow. Nice hood gaps!! 2 different shades of yellow, uh, I mean Tangerine Scream. Silver looking hot. Wish I was there.
The Red actually looks DAMN good in person, and the gaps were present due to them all being pre-production models with Michigan plates. ST2s and ST3s, the black headlamps DO look good.
There were also one or two Performance Blues hiding, I did catch one in the bay.
Will post pics and more impressions later. Only thing I can say is that this car is well worth the wait. And that's coming from someone with over 1200hp in the garage between 2 ponies. :yay:
