For this years banquet, instead of relying on a restaurant for space, we are going to host the banquet in the Ramada's conference room (this years host hotel). We guarantee there will be enough space for everyone this year! Banquet will follow directly after the Fun Ford Weekend track awards on Saturday night July 26th.

We will have a buffet on hand with the following menu:
Fried Chicken
BBQ Pork
Tossed Salad
Whipped Potatoes & Gravy
Mac & Cheese
Rolls & Butter
and as much coffee, tea, and water you can drink!
There will also be a cash bar available (We have a small minimum to meet with the cost of the room....so drink up!)

During the banquet we will be, of course eating and being jolly, but we will also have tons of raffle prizes from our great sponsors (Massive, RebelDevil, Superbrightleds.com, and many more).
We will also be doing the FocusFest car show awards (details on classes coming soon). There will be a projector on hand and this year we are going to try and have photos of the winners cars displayed as they are presented (something I've always wanted to see at a car show).

The cost of the banquet will be $25 per person. You MUST preregister/prepay to attend the banquet. Payment must be received by 7-20-14 so a final count can be given to caterer.

Payment MUST be sent fee free (as a gift, from balance, or direct transfer). The $25 is the bare bones cost for the food and room rental. If funds come through with fees deduced, payment will be rejected. In the "notes" section of paypal, please include "focusfest banquet" & your name. If you are paying for a guest as well, please indicate their name in the "notes" section too.

If you prefer to pay via check or cash, please send me a PM and we can work out the details.

Bad news people. The hotel is apparently closing suddenly. FF organizers are aware and are finding a replacement. I will update the thread when it is decided. Hotel Fail

UPDATE!
FocusFest will be holding the awards and raffle at the track immediately following the Fun Ford Weekend awards. After the awards and prizes, we will caravan back to the Drury hotel for a pizza party in the parking lot! Much simpler this way as we all remember how well D&B went last time haha.
