Is the roush Cai box compatible with ford racing snorkel?

Given the fact that their kit modifies the lid on the stock air box and uses the o.e. cold air feeds, along with a new cross over pipe it should be compatible, although not 100% happily as the open airbox lid and open ended filter allows for hot air to enter the engine easier.
