I've ordered a Race Red ST, and am already looking at the ST badges in front and back. Front is Red ST on Black Grille. Like it. Back is Red ST on Red car... eh.
So I go to Amazon, look for vinyl to change the color without paint.
Amazon.com: Red Metro 3D Flexible Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap Film 24"x12": Automotive
Pondering this in Red on the front badge, and in Black on the back badge (black on red, yeahhh).
was wondering if anyone's used this kind of vinyl on the exterior of a car before, and if heat and other external elements can impact the adhesion of the vinyl, AND if there's a way to prevent that impact (clear coat spray paint?).
Maybe it's all overkill, maybe it's impatience waiting for the car to show up on a truck, who knows. Thoughts?
