Turbo problems

So my last night I noticed I wasn’t feeling the pull I normally do from my turbo and I wasn’t hearing the same sounds when I shift or come off the gas ( I’m 18 and I just got into cars so excuse my lack of knowledge) I have to get the rpms up a little higher then normal to hear the “tsss” i usually do. Everything is reading fine on the dash and on my Cobb. Any suggestions?
