The reason I ask this question is for upcoming events that Ford Proformance Group would like reach out from our community and ask us to show off our Focus ST's when we get them.

So a raise of hands depending on location, time,..ect. But in general is there interest?

Sure! Although my ST will probably be bone stock for quite awhile after I get it. I don't know if that would be interesting to see at that point, since they will be available to the general public by then anyway.
