Everyone who can, and has had any rain/snow/carwashes lately go out and feel under the carped where the rear vents come out under the seat.

Let me know if yours feels like the everglades (wet).

I assume it's a faulty seal on the moonroof since it's only on my passenger side where I assume the drain from the moonroof goes.

Ours was in the shop for nearly a month because we were finding water in the driver's footwell and the dealership tech couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Turns out part of the undercarriage was not properly sealed at the factory, so when driving through heavy rain and standing water it was coming into the passenger compartment from underneath.

Moonroof leak wouldnt come down there would either be around roof seal or from front pillars near roof ...at least when my f150 moonroof leaks thats where it goes. Usually on floor carpet the leak is undercarriage in origin. With moonroof leak you should see a drip coming down. Usually more likely to happen in cold weather especially when it freezes after raining as this expands the roof seal and allows leak. Ive nevrr had mine to leak in warmer temps

I had a '93 ranger that the moonroof leaked there was a little tray to catch the water and shuttle it away via a piece of 1/4" tubing. When the drain would get clogged inside the b pillar it would run across the headliner, and down the doorjamb into the carpet. That is why I guessed the moonroof.

Thanks for posts I will have the dealer look for missing plugs and whatnot.

They couldn't/wouldn't tell me where it was. I just know it's somewhere that the water ends up under the front passenger seat...

I'm going to guess somewhere between the moonroof, and the passenger side b pillar. It could even be inside the b-pillar since that is where it was on my extended cab Ranger.
